Prof. A. Kokossis has contributed to a twining event of FIBRA (Fibre Crops as a sustainable source of biobased material for Industrial Products in Europe and China) with a presentation and addressed the AI4B technology and its potential to valorize agricultural residues with a better coordination of agricultural production SMEs, municipalities, biochemical and chemical industries. The event was organised by CRES – Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving Biomass Department.

During his visit in Beijing, he also delivered some lectures to South China University of Technology (SCUT) and Tsinghua University.
