The BIOPEN Kick off meeting took place in Rome on the 4th and 5th of May 2017. There, the BIOPEN internal portal and Consortium Agreement was discussed and there was a brief introduction of the project consortium. Also the BBI JU was discussed and there was also a brief introduction of the BIOPEN project. Introduction, upcoming actions and deliverables due were discussed and for all 6 Work Packages of the project and the meeting closed with conclusions and the way forward emphasizing on the immediate actions for the next 100 days.
